Front of House Manager

Born in a suburb of Akron, Ohio, Amanda came to Salt Lake in 2010. She studied Environmental and Sustainability Studies as well as Geography at the University of Utah where she graduated in 2016. While her first passion is the environment, her second is food and she is very excited to be bringing great ramen to the people of Salt Lake!

Max Motter is originally from Flagstaff, AZ and has been in Salt Lake since 2010. Max loves to cook. He likes to spend his time enjoying all good food, beverages, and exploring with his partner.

Devon is a Salt Lake transplant, originally from Sacramento. He enjoys riding bikes, eating tacos, and the Raiders.

Mixologist

Maren is an SLC native who loves the community almost as much as she loves her dog. She is very involved with the craft cocktail bartending scene and loves traveling to learn more about it!
